Return & Exchange Policy — SHE GLOW

At SHE GLOW, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our valued customers. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The perfume has been opened or used
• The scent does not match the customer's personal preference
• More than 2 hours have passed since receiving the order without contacting us

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
• The issue must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order
• A clear video showing the damage upon receipt must be provided
• The exchange will be processed within 2 business days after confirming the issue

Important Note: SHE GLOW reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if tampering or product substitution is detected.
