Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Business Days Business days are Monday through Thursday. Fridays and official public holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from the delivery timeframe.

Order Processing Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing may take up to 24 hours before shipment.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship within Egypt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Failed Delivery Policy In the event that an order is not received or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees only for re-delivery.
